Health Guarantee

Midwest-Pomeranians Your new puppy is guaranteed to be in good health and free of any communicable disease at the time of going home. Puppy will be UTD on vaccinations, worming & have been examined by my veterinarian. If the vet does find something wrong with your puppy that is treatable, your puppy will be treated prior to going home with you. If that is the case the puppy will stay with us til healed. If it is not treatable, you can either still take the puppy at a very discounted price, pick a different puppy when one is available or receive a full deposit refund. THE ONLY TIME DEPOSIT IS EVER REFUNDED IS IF YOUR PUPPY HAS A HEALTH CONDITION THAT IS NOT TREATABLE. It is your responsibility to take your puppy to a veterinarian of your choice within 3 days of purchase to validate this guarantee. Failure to do so will void this guarantee. Your puppy is guaranteed for 1 year against life threatening genetic defects. If, within 1 year from date of birth, a licensed veterinarian determines that your puppy has a life threatening genetic defect which adversely affects the puppy’s health, (excluding tracheal collapse & patellar luxation and hip problems since both may involve trauma or environmental issues), a replacement puppy of equal value will be offered, if no puppy is available at that time, buyer must wait till one comes available. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN ANY TIME AND VET BILLS ARE NEVER PAID BY THE BREEDER. A report from the examining licensed veterinarian with the diagnosis/prognosis would be required within the guaranteed period for replacement to take place. In the event that your puppy dies from a genetic defect, an autopsy report stating the cause of death would be required.If an autopsy is not done the guarantee is void. You must provide proper care for your puppy, including nutrition, vet care, & immunizations. Failure to do so will void health guarantee. If life threatening genetic defect is determined, you must notify breeder of health problem immediately & documentation from examining, licensed veterinarian must be received within 5 business days. Puppies do not come with breeding rights unless discussed prior to. Breeding rights are an additional fee.
